Monty is a psychographics-focused global brand and marketing executive, infinitely curious and impassioned by the potential and power of creativity without borders and by unexpected new mediums to vitalise ideas through.

Over the course of her career, Monty has expressed herself through brand storytelling, products, experiences, paper media, film and the written word. She exists in the grey galaxy where ideas, strategy and structure meet.

She's led strategic and creative work across Calvin Klein, Citibank, Myspace, Stella Artois, Knog and a growing roster of category-defining tech and consumer companies including, most recently, guiding a UK deep tech billing platform's global GTM into the Australian market, and rebuilding brand and channel strategy for a Brazilian footwear icon's Australian re-entry. Her most notable wins to date: serving as Dots' first CMO, building its brand and marketing function from the ground up ahead of the studio's $192M acquisition by Take-Two Interactive.

Her leadership, work and point of view have been noted by culture and business press including Fast Company, Wired, Paper, brandchannel, AdWeek, Dazed Digital and Forbes. Her work has also been awarded by The FWA, D&AD, Clio and Cannes Lions.

Monty's experience spans fashion, FMCG, retail, music, technology, finance and beyond. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College in English Literature. Born and raised in New York City, she identifies with all pronouns and currently lives and works in Melbourne, now working fractional and embedded, moving at the speed of the businesses she builds.
